Fancrew provides the technology and facilities for discovery, communication, project coordination and payment facilitation. The Crew Services are independently provided by Crew Members. Our platform will give them a way to support their favourite creators and help them turn their crazy ideas into reality.

Head to your Creator Home Page and hit Post a Project. Tell us what you're making, the vibe you're after, the skills you need, your timeline, budget, references — whatever helps someone understand what's in your head. The better the brief, the better the fit. Before confirming the Project, make sure the scope, Deliverables, timeline, Project Amount, expenses and revision expectations are clearly recorded through the Platform. Once the applications start rolling in, you can: Shortlist — save profiles that catch your eye and come back to them later. Hire — found the right Crew Member? Confirm the selection and get the Project moving. Reject — not the right fit? Move on and keep looking. In short: post the brief, browse the talent, find your fit, and get creating.

It's very simple — you browse live jobs and apply to the ones that match your skills.

The platform enables up to 3 revisions for tweaks and minor changes within the original Project scope, unless a different number is displayed or recorded before confirmation. Just make sure the Project Description clearly captures what you're looking for. Bigger changes or a complete redo? That's a new brief, not a revision.
